AI Agents

What conditions must be met before enterprise AI agents are integrated into business processes?

By 管理员 · Published June 15, 2026

To integrate into real-world workflows, enterprise AI agents must possess clearly defined permissions, reliable data, task boundaries, human review mechanisms, and log auditing capabilities.

Clearly define permission boundaries. The data an agent can access, the systems it can call, and the actions it can execute must be clearly defined before deployment. Excessive permissions create risks, while overly restrictive permissions limit the agent's ability to deliver real value. Clearly define task boundaries. Tasks suitable for agents are typically repetitive, rule-based, and yield verifiable results—such as data organization, work order dispatching, preliminary risk screening, report generation, and process reminders. Human review is essential. Human confirmation steps should be retained for critical business actions. While agents enhance efficiency, they should not replace the enterprise's accountability mechanisms regarding important decisions. Conduct an assessment of processes and risk boundaries prior to deploying agents.
